Great & Fun Sequel!

Just as fun as the first book and as well written.

Another great story with some fantastic narration. Some funny moments and excellent storytelling by the author. Highly recommend!!

Outstanding narration and ending

I can't wait until book 3. I thought book 1 was ok, but book 2 was amazing. Mercy is still useless as ever, I mean what is she spending her points on? Anywho, besides that character every one else was well written. Some deaths surprised me hoping Maulkin can bring them back in book 3. I want to say more but I will give away too much of the book. Kudos to Luke Daniel's! He figured out how to edit out his air gasp between lines. Voice work was outstanding and he sounded like so many different characters and monsters. Overall a solid 5 out 5!

Narrator Ruins the Story.

I am a big fan of Luke Daniels' narration on past projects. He has a great vocal range and can really bring a story to life. But AGAIN he goes into his goofy "Nickelodeon Bear Voice” constantly throughout this book, and not just for one character. It’s very cringe inducing. This series is a perfect example of overacting by a narrator. It’s relentless, and very poorly done. He can’t even say “…but the bubbly bits were easier with some traction,” without overemphasizing the word “bubbly” like a nerdy dad trying to be funny. For some reason he doesn’t just narrate normal sentences without acting them out. Narrate the story, act out the conversations. Problem solved. I think I’m gonna get my credit back on this one, which is sad because I love Luke Chmilenko stories, and most times, I love Luke Daniels’ narration, but this is painful. This is the first time I’ve felt like reading the book would be significantly better than listening to it.

Mercy

I have eight hours left in the book and right now I'm having trouble listening to it how much I've been annoying character Mercy has become. Went from being kind of playful and okay little dickish to just a downright ass every other character there really brings the whole rest of the book down.

Luke daniels made this book

Luke daniels hands down one of the best voice actors ever. the different voices he can do really emersed me in this book I will be looking for others he has read. the story line is fantastic idid not catch myself once saying hurry up andget on with it. I really hope for more books to come out.

whispering is inaudible

can't stand changing my volumes all the time to listen to whispers, specifically from female characters

Epic, just like book one you guys performance and author are amazing. Honestly the best series I’ve read in awhile.
