Big Fan Of This Series...
However the first 2 hours (or so) of this book are PAINFUL to get through. The constant whining, crying & shrieking (lany's narrator) by all of the main characters about how broken, depressed & beaten down they are by past events gets completely over bearing and almost made me throw the towel in and delete this book from my library. On a brighter note if you find the strength to get through those first 2 hours the rest of the book is AWESOME and a great installment within this series.

Riviting!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow! I am not sure how to write a review for this book without taking in all 3 books!! Be prepared to hold on to your emotions with these books!! They pull you into these peoples lives and you will find your adrenaline pulsing through you! You will cry, you will be mad and sometimes you will feel like you just can't keep reading, but don't stop!! I have never read a series like this one and I hope you like it as much as I did!!

Just as great as the first two
Well developed characters and a great story. I did not see this plot coming,it kept me guessing until the end. I'm hoping for a fourth book.

Not bad overall.
The main thing that bugged me was the narrator for Sam. He was so unconvincing it ruined it for me. Story was fine. Not as good as the first two.

A very Good and Intense Thriller!
Stillhouse Lake is/was such a Triumph that matching it would be impossible! Wolfhunter River is very good, mystery mixed with suspense and intense action. If I had not read “Lake” first “Wolf” might have been my favorite book in many years!
