I absolutely love this book The Way She read it and told her story it was so close to home for me it was as if she was almost telling my story through her. she also gave some great advice on things that I also need to work on and I'm going to start working on because it was almost as if she was talking to me as well so yes I would highly highly recommend this book

Helped me take a look at traits I have denied
I felt like I was looking into a mirror, I am currently going through a divorce from a loveless marriage and what the author described was me to a t. I always thought I loved myself but now I realized that I have sought validation from others to justify my self worth. This book is eye opening for any people pleasers.
