Don't Fight Fate, Book 2:

Someone is abducting and killing the abused women that Cassie works with, and it all seems to be aimed at hurting her. The police are stymied and can't find any leads, but Cassie is too stubborn to let this monster win. With the help of her FWB, Dex, she learns some things the police don't know, but that she can't reveal without getting herself into serious trouble.

After five women have gone missing, Cassie manages to identify the type of woman the perpetrator goes after, and decides to set a trap of her own for him. Using the prosthetic mask that makes her look almost normal, she uses herself as bait, but this is a man who is highly skilled at abducting his victims. Despite all her precautions, Cassie ends up having to depend only on herself if she has any hope of survival, let alone saving the lives of his other victims.

Cassie is a survivor, however, and doesn't know how to give up. This guy may be a serial killer, but he's never had to deal with the likes of Cassie McGraw.

Want your eyes opened?

Loved it. This book has so much reality. This stuff is real , kidnapping, the abuse of woman in a major way. It will open your eyes to what is really going on out there. You need to understand these crimes are really out there. It shows the bad men and awesome men like one of the main characters. I had trouble putting it down. It gives you reality with only a little gore. Everyone should read or listen to this book. It is on the news people. Thank you to the author,you were brave, keep writing. narration was awesome.

Great Story!

Loved these books. Great story and characters. Strong female .. perfectly flawed and fragile, then fiercely determined and kind of a bad ass.

phenomenal story

Apart from the author repeating themselves several times with the back story, it was well worth the listen. I enjoyed every minute of the crime solving and even the pinch of romance, that wasn't so over the top that it made it unbearable like some stories. Narrator did a good job with the voices which actually assisted in my enjoyment of the story.

I love the characters!

Two engaging stories with tough characters…I didn’t want the books to end! Definitely want more Cassie McGraw heroics.

Book 2 was better

Book 1 seems to have 5 stories all crammed in. Book 2 is so much better!

What Lies Beneath

Loved this book, immediately went in to see if there was anymore and found I had the one before so ha e downloaded it. Looking forward to listening to it. The characters are intriguing and intermingled emotions and of course the murders are exciting. The narration is very good.

I loved these books. It was a great story. I'll read more of her books for sure
