We need to find a safe place to call our own. Build a community. Make some plans for the future. I would be lying if I said I didn’t find it appealing to constantly be surrounded by beautiful females of all types, but where can we hide from the government currently ruling the world?

And what about me eventually finding my way back home?

It’s going to be an epic undertaking, but with hard work, some luck, and a little private attention from my sexy women, I think I’m up for the challenge.

Excellent Series after 2 AB

good characters. MC is a bit slow (writing, not voice). Sex for a harem style AB is light but makes up for it by not fading to black. I will be getting the 3rd when it comes out, so I would recommend this AB.

Much better!!

Although in the first book it irritates how much the MC and crew were far more likely to run and hide than turn and fight, this one struck with me far more better as they started to give back as much as they took. Good job!

Still enjoy the performance and the world.. the premise is good and the plot is fantastic. but please the MC needs to embrace his fantastic luck and stop trying to apply earth morality.

Great Book

This was a great continuation to this series. This book had everything you hope for in a second book. Good story progression, action, slice of life elements and so much more.

Summer Moon and Charlie West continue to give great narration performances.

Excellent Continuation of the series!

Loved the book! An excellent continuation of the series, and eager to listen to the next one.

One thing that sets this series above other works in the genre is that everything just doesn't fall into the hands of the MC. He has to work for it, and he doesn't just wave his hand and have things work out. It takes time, and the story unfolds organically. Too often, the hero accumulates world conquering power quickly and rather easily along with a bevy of tractable yet powerful and beautiful women and the series runs out of story lines.

The narration was good, I really enjoyed the female narrator, although the male narrator is a little nasal and too-young sounding. His intonations are off quite often and he sometimes fails to add inflection where it is obviously needed.

Overall though, I definitely recommend this audiobook, the author and the series!

This story is great.
Book 2 is just as good, if not better, then book 1.
The MC is gaining in power and now helping the priestesses to find a relatively safe place to hole up for a while to build up a base for their rebellion.
If you liked the 1st book, you're going to want this series in your library.
I got this book for free with the expectation of an honest review.
Big 5 stars.

great second book

I was a little leery because I have never listened to this author before the first book in the series but I have to say it's just getting better and better. I think that summer is doing a fantastic job with her narration.
