better than the manga maybe

what I really enjoyed was that not only was this accurate to the manga but it was also done in a high quality way which gave more detail than I remember ...or things I just didn't pick up on through subtext

Like the anime and then some

I always wanted to read the original novels but these dramatize adaptations are pretty awesome. The sound effects helps with visualizations. Looks like I’m gonna build my Vampire Hunter D library

Amazing

I almost didn’t get this book because I had read some lame reviews but I’m so glad I bought it. Voice acting and sound effects were amazing! Voice for vampire Hunter do you sound like one of my favorite famous anime voice actors. Great performance from all of the characters just bought vol. 3 demon death chase because I like this one so much! Bravo

old but still good.

I've been a big fan of vampire Hunter d since I was a kid when I watched the first animated film back on the very first year of the Sci-Fi channel back in there early 90s heard of the books that it came from never actually had a chance to find one but then I remembered and I checked and it happened to be on audible and I'm surprised how much different the short animated film could have been and I think it would have told a better story too but it was good for where the time and the book was very well written the narration and the actors voicing the characters did an amazing job thank you so much

Narrator sounded like he had a stuffy nose, or slightly out of breathe. Everyone else's performance was great. Good story.

the performances are spectacular. the narrator could have been better via sound quality or something. but overall the quality of this work is top-notch. as a huge fan of Vampire Hunter D and reading the first 15 novels, this was a treat. I don't have time to sit down and read and audio books have been a godsend. for Vampire Hunter D to finally have audiobooks is such a wonderful thing. apparently there's also standard audiobook versions being released by somebody else and I look forward to those as well. the first book sets the stage but I truly feel the series gets way better from the second and fourth book on. but you should totally check this out if you're into vampires, sci-fi, and horror... I don't know man, I seriously can't believe we're getting audiobooks for Vampire Hunter D... like that is a dream come true. and I hope you buy this book and help support the release. so we can get more audiobooks. thank you everyone who's working on this series and everyone who purchases it to help support it. :)

This is amazing

This is my first ever graphic audiobook and it is amazing. It is literally a movie in my mind. PleAse keep these coming.

literally everything I expected was delivered and I'm completely pleased with this audio book.

Fantastic!

I loved the storytelling of this audiobook, and the fact that it had a full cast made it so thrilling. The story was a little predictable, but what isn't anymore, and it flowed really well. I am excited about the next one already! Great voice actors and narration! Bravo!
