Violet & Cassie are involved with a case of an elderly lady found floating dead in the Thames but toxicology proves she’s been poisoned. Did the poison kill her or did she drown? They begin to suspect her much younger husband but are they right? Cassie consents to fill in for a short handed staff at the hospital ER & finds she enjoys it. Her relationship with Jake is working well for both of them. An enjoyable listen!

Loved It
Cassie and Violet are such fun characters. Cassie is finally back in the medical field, as well as investigating with Violet. The complementary duo must solve yet another murder, and strange as it sounds, they do so while providing the reader with a high degree of humor. I do hope their next adventure is coming soon.
