Chinese style cultivation
If you like “rise of the strongest sword god” and other titles of that styl, this should be right up your alley. Narration is top notch, Royal Guard takes audiobooks to a high level with their production teams

Good Story
Good story, good male voice actor, but the female voice actor not so much. She has 2 voices, one that she uses for all older girls and women (her normal voice) and a ridiculous one she uses for children.

This book is for a certain niche audience
If you are really into Chinese cultivation this is the series for you.
If you are into Chinese LitRPG culture and the ins and outs of that style of cultivation, will really like this.

Awesome book! Just started the next one!!
I've always loved cultivation novels, but this series is 100% A1 content for anyone familiar with cultivation novels. Highly recommend and pray he keeps the same energy going forward :3

Decent for new readers/listeners of the genre
Okay so this isn't a bad book, I've come across WAY worse cultivation novels (especially for western authors). In fact it's a relatively typical example of the genre. Which is kinda my problem with it, I've been reading these novels for about 10 years now and this is just average. If you are new to the genre then I can see why you'd find it enjoyable, but if you've read a few of these novels it's not all that exciting.

I really enjoy cultivation novels
That being said it isn’t for everybody, with all cultivation novels the ranking systems tend to be complicated and hard to follow if your are into traditional level systems.
I am eagerly waiting for the next one.
