Listen to Your Gut
This audiobook finally connected the dots for me. While it's written for women, it is useful for men too. I had no idea how much my gut was affecting my focus and mood until I listened to this. The suggestions are simple and realistic—no crazy diets or perfection needed. I loved the gentle approach and the 14-day plan was a great bonus. If you’re tired of feeling scattered and drained, this is honestly worth checking out. It helped me feel more in control of both my mind and body.

Surprised by the little things!
Honestly, I didn’t expect to get much out of this, but it actually made me rethink some of my daily habits. The way it broke down how what you eat can mess with your head was pretty eye-opening, especially since I’ve always just powered through feeling off. I liked that it didn’t push any wild routines or make me feel like I had to overhaul my whole life overnight. The tips were simple enough that I could try a couple without stressing out. I’m not saying everything’s fixed, but I do feel a bit more in control and less scattered lately. The extra plan at the end was a nice touch, though I haven’t tried it yet. If you’re tired of feeling all over the place, this might give you a nudge in the right direction.

Timely and needed
Midlife and gut health is not only crucial for women with ADHD but for any woman. Later years in life bring many physical and mental changes that will primarily affect your gut, and poor gut health is at the root of many very unhelpful aging conditions. This audiobook also addresses the precious quality of sleep that can be so important to healing your gut, a connection that many of us may not know about. So if you want to take care of your health proactively, then this audiobook is a must!

Gut health
This approach to gut health, with focus, and energy iwas presented in a way I hadn’t heard before while making sense. It explains how gut issues can impact ADHD symptoms, especially for women over 40. I learned what foods to avoid, what to add, and how to support better hormone balance. Super informative and surprisingly relatable—definitely worth sharing with friends.

Great Tips for Women with ADHD
I got this audiobook for a friend who has tried so many things to manage ADHD and energy dips in her 40s, but nothing really clicked until this. The way gut health was explained actually made sense, and the tips were super easy for her to start. She has thanked me over and over, saying she noticed better focus within days of making a few changes. If you or a friend are tired of guessing what’s wrong, give this a listen; you won’t regret it.
