Get this book!
If you're taking the real estate license test, you've got to get this book. It allows you to study while you're driving. It's one of the best decisions I made in the process of getting my license.

Information excellent
I used this book as supplement to my other studies. It presents all the information that you get everywhere else but it is the fact that I can listen over and over again. I passed both my state and national test first time and I believe the repetition of all that information is the reason for that success. Please note this book only focuses on national information. Everyone learns different. If you are an audible learner I would suggest the book.

Narrator has a great voice!
This book was enjoyable to listen to. It also presented the information in an easy to understand manner. I listened to it three times while preparing for the exam.

passed the Florida state exam. isn't specific for Florida law. but definitely helps with the repeated definitions/terms.

content of the book is too short!
Book should contain more exam questions for listener learn and practices. Contents and test questionnaire are too short. it's not worth the cost
