Great a guide but too many errors

Great guide but with a lot of issues.

It is not a Florida specific guide, but does have a Florida section. You will get tired of hearing: “refer to your state laws and regulations”

As it gets closer to the end there are questions that have been poorly edited. At random you will hear a break in voice saying anything like “A”. Only to find out that there was a question that you didn’t hear.

In other examples, in chapter 20, the narrator will give a question with the basic A, B, C, D answer choices, but decides to give you the answer in the middle of your choices. Then give the answer after the previous choices have been said.

Challenge

It says Florida on the title but in the content it says laws in your state may be different. I’m studying for a test. I paid for YOUR content. I don’t have time to look all of those up:). Otherwise, good content

Great help but......

This audio-book was a great help in building my confidence and knowledge to take the Florida Real Estate exam. The narrator was easy to listen to and speaks with authority which helps reinforce the lesson being taught.

Be aware the majority of the book is a general real estate study guide and not Florida specific. Their are lots of "please check with your state about specific regulations" type disclaimers. The actual Florida specific section was only a few pages long and didn't go into much detail.

The biggest problem I had though was with the practice quizzes their were several where the multiple choice answer changed from the question to the answer and then the last 15 or so questions on the quiz had the description of why the answer is correct written into the answer.

Why is grass Green?
A) Grass is actually blue
B) Someone painted it
C) Chlorophyll - the green coloring matter of leaves and plants, essential to the production of carbohydrates by photosynthesis, and occurring in a bluish-black form, C55H72MgN4O5 (chlorophyll a), and a dark-green form, C55H70MgN4O6 (chlorophyll b).
D) The Sun

It is hard to test your knowledge when the definition is in the answer and only one answer. Unfortunately poor attention to detail makes me question the accuracy of the materials covered.

Title says it all

Very comprehensive. Great listen for studying on-the-go. Would recommend for anyone pursuing licensure.

Outstanding, Informative Clear and Concsie

I actually enjoyed this e-book! I found it to be very informative,clear and concise. I ripped through all 20 chapters and am ready to start it again. Thank you to all who produced it!
I look forward to other great finds such as this.

Great book for those getting started

Great book for those getting started. I downloaded it to familiarize myself with key Concepts and terms for my Licensing in Florida. I've since started my course and am happy report that I'm much more familiar with the content then I would have been otherwise. I intend on listening to this book several more times.

Lots of good info and prep questions

However I cannot find the “included pdf” maybe I am looking in the wrong place.

Also the audiobook is riddled with editorial errors. Often times giving the answers to the questions as opposed to offering the options then providing the answer.

Any help finding the pdf would be highly appreciated

I enjoyed this book of Real Estate.

It was very detailed and understandable I will recommend it to anyone who's looking into getting into real estate or is in real estate should read this book.

NOT a good FL pre-license prep book.

I could not finish this book. It often spoke generically about real estate. This is not just a Florida real estate book. It covers real estate but not necessarily just Florida real estate. I was very disappointed.

Misleading title

I purchased this audio book specifically because it says its for Florida. IT IS A GENERAL content review for all states, which is misleading. Very disappointed.
