Do not use this audio book if you want to Study for the Arizona real estate exam. Use any other method but this audio. The audio went over a ton of extraneous information, including info on the real estate business post exam. Pass!!!

the writer does more effort to discorage everyone to become a real state egent or a broker egent then to teach and training to became a realstate egent. I really wonder if this narrator is a broker and if his sale agents like working with him

This book is very outdated and touches ever so slightly on AZ real estate concepts. I do not recommend this book, it will confuse you and not a good reliable source for either tests.
