Just what I needed
I was greatly disappointed after spending huge amounts of money on mentoring that did did not come through as promised. This book cleared the muddy waters and helped me feel more confident.

I have zero experience in real estate and as a newbie I feel like this book is out of order. It seems to tell you a lot of good advice and guidance but it seems out of order.
