Definitely outrageous

Loved hearing some of the backstory that really explains how he is prior to the Wizardom series. If you liked any of those, these are just as good.

if you have had a chance to either read of listen to Fall of Wizardoms series then you have already been introduced to Jerrell. Well this series takes place before the events of Fall of Wizardoms and let me tell you this series tells you more about Jerrell and the adventures he gets into. This is worth reading and/or listening to.

Women are not just boobs.

A tailor squeezes and holds Haylin’s breasts while "checking the fit" of her garments and she laments that this is how men have treated her since her adolescence. This tells me that the author is aware of how women feel about being treated as nothing but sex objects…. yet he spends this entire set of books reducing every female to the size of her boobs and a comment about how attractive she is. Is Haylin intelligent? We don’t know, and the author apparently doesn't care. All that matters is that she is attractive and has boobs and she can seduce anyone with a penis in two seconds flat. Also, her corset is always tight and it makes her boobs plump more boobily. And her curves accentuate her boobs. A hotel is burning down around them after an attack in the middle of the night? Please note that she is not wearing her corset before she climbs out a window to safety. But don't worry, a new corset will be acquired in the next town, and it will be promptly noted that it's tight so her boobs will be back in their standard plumped position. It's disheartening to think that if I were to visit this author at a book signing, he would be too busy checking my bra size and judging my facial features to notice that I'm an avid reader of fantasy novels.
