Great listen and great info on mobile home park buying. The narration was a little fast for me but I just slowed down the player.

Very informative. initially was a little slow at times. But, quickly picked up steam as she began to explain the ins and outs of negotiating and buying a mobile home park.

Lots of details but needs examples

Laura provides a lot of detail on how to invest in mobile home parks but also things that part of acquiring such as the lending process, why to take the leap in getting the properties, and completing the due diligence. I'm an investor of apartment communities looking to acquire mobile home parks so I was looking for more examples/case studies of real world properties that were purchased. There were some details but not the whole stories of the properties I think that's the best way to learn if examples would've been provided it would've been a fantastic book that's whats missing.

Very well detailed

This book is the most thorough one I have read so far on mobile home park investing. I really enjoyed the narration & author's straight forward approach to this book. There are a lot of details so I bought the paper copy of this as well to refer to various sections.

chapter numbers are incorrect

when you listen to the beginning of the chapter, it's incorrect lol. Example, chapter one will be chapter 2, 3 or 4. Other than that the audio is ok.

Great Book on Mobile Home Park Investing

This is a great book exposing how a well managed mobile home park can be one of the best investment vehicles that exist today. I will probably buy the paper version even though I listened to the entire audio version. the book contains a lot of useful information to reference.
