My attention was riveted the entire time!

I appreciate the details the author shared relative to how a person is vetted before becoming an agent. I admire the dedication to transparency. I kept having the feeling that I would be very proud to have been chosen to work for the FBI. Well done!

Interesting light listen

I learned some things I didn’t know, author seems likable and a man of integrity. I don’t love “self-help” books but for those who do, this is a good listen.

Completely awesome

I believe a primary, and unique, benefit of audio books is having the author actually present the material. it was clear in Mr Figliuzzi's presentation what was humorous, serious, sad, and important. And then there is pride, pride of Frank's incredible belief in the FBI's mission, teamwork, and quality of employees but also the listener's/ reader's pride that the FBI is not only there but also running on all cylinders. That the last 20 years has been tumultuous is a huge understatement. It is reassuring that such a professional and dedicated organization is standing in the breach between us and the evil, be they domestic or foreign actors.

FBI culture still sets the bar in law enforcement

Frank Figliuzzi's career brought him full circle and a wealth of experience that he lays out through a creed he calls the FBI Way and is based on the motto and attitude he then illustrates through numerous stories, some national front page stories and others no so much but how they all were handled reflects on the culture of the institution.

Frank is the American Patriot!

Frank is one of my favorite people! I look up to him & what he has done & still doing for our country! I am sure he made his parents so PROUD!!

Cultural integrity of the FBI

I liked his recounting of certain cases illustrating culture based difficult decisions. It renewed my faith in the objectives of the FBI.

Duty, Honor, and Country

I enjoyed listening to Frank Figliuzzi’s story about the FBI way. He talked about the FBI code of integrity, clarity of purpose, protecting American Democracy, our Constitution, and our Country.
