Brilliant as expected with Kathryn Moon…
Lumen isn’t the only bright light in the sensuously spun web of moonlight, war, power and love. The “nurses”, three MMCs and the spice shine like holy silver as well! The author puts her ability to show the covert alliances on full display between Monsters and human nature. Apathy and Love. Devotion and possession. Sol and Lune.
I am drawn to this author because each book she’s written or co-authored is an imaginative 5 course reading from your favorite library.
Lumen (FMC) is driven to survive and is so crucially strong. A Lady of a Manor who is strong, humble and kind until it drains the life out of her. This resonates with all strong FMCs…love love that K. MOON (author) sent her to meditate for strength instead of relying upon others . Can’t wait for book 2 and more of Gideon the sexy bear!

This was my first book by Kathryn Moon and I loved it! I wish the 2nd book in the series was on audible. I really loved the narrator.
