my favorite go to for mindfulness
This audiobook is a favorite for me ever since I listened to it. I've been meditating a lot more and feeling much more relaxed since listening for a while now and it's a wonderful way to stay present. It's helpful for sleep as well, gets you to fall asleep quickly. Love it!

The sounds are peaceful. I play this whenever I want to relax and especially at bedtime. It really relaxes me, calms my mind and helps me “get sleepy.” I love this because it really does make me feel as if I’m at the beachside. What a great way to unwind after a long day!

Love these sounds!
