Beautiful, calming sounds
Great music for falling asleep, especially on long airplane flights. Get yourself some active noise cancellation headphones and this piece, and you should be sleeping quickly.

Relaxing Nature Sounds
Great for sleeping! We now have recently added to our collection and love settling in at night to nature sounds. I do sleep well and wake up feeling ready for the day. I don't know if it's the nature sounds or not, but I'm not going to change a good thing!

Best sounds
I am able to relax and enjoy restful sleep when I listen to this. I tried several other programs of meditation, sounds, and music and this is the only one that works. I highly recommend it.

Not worth spending a $14 token...no real variety
Only 3 real styles of 'nature', waterfall, beach, neighborhood. Half the nature sounds were blown out waterfall audio, the 'aquatic' was a very muffled and quiet underwater sound "had to turn volume way up to hear anything. (had thought the app had stopped) The chapter announcements were very disruptive when trying to use this for sleep. The audio was mixed poorly, could tell the compressor settings were way off and everything would get quiet for a couple of seconds to allow one distinct sound be heard. (this was also distracting)
