Relationship Series: Gaslighting in Relationships and How ADHD Affects Relationships is a two-part series with two subjects that are closely intertwined.
Adults with ADHD are actually more vulnerable and susceptible to gaslighting due to their already low self-esteem and need to please people.
This series focuses on relationships for both those with ADHD and those that suffer from a gaslighting abusive relationship.
Each audiobook does an excellent job of defining their topic and going into greater detail of exactly what is meant from either gaslighting or ADHD.
They then go on to describe what these look like in relationships - both the pros and the cons - and how you can better deal in your personal and intimate relationships.
The two books work well separately, but work even better when sold as a single unit, and I hope you enjoy.
