Building a new house requires a lot of foresight—things will go wrong and the plan will most likely find itself derailed at one point or another. Although this is in many ways a natural occurrence, it doesn't have to be in any way catastrophic. With the right plan in place and a detailed map of how to progress through the entire process, no matter the curveballs you encounter, you’ll be able to seamlessly get back into the flow of things. It’s one thing to have the skills, but it’s another thing entirely to be able to apply them in a way that produces results.

Thorough and straight to the point
This book is thorough and straightforward. The manner in which information is separated makes it easy to locate specific information. As a business consultant working with a client in construction for the 1st time, this book was heaven sent.

Great overview
I am new to construction management. I’ve managed my own flips for a couple years. Now transitioning to RE/construction/development full time this was a great insight into the CM world as a high level overview. Lots of helpful insight.
