I really love this series

Another great entry into the series. I have really been enjoying these books and this one is no exception. Seeing the mc consolidating alliances and taking on war parties for the greater good, I am excited to see how things pan out in the future. The narration is top notch as always Katana Jones continues to do a fantastic job. I am looking forward to book 6 when it comes to audio.

I’m genuinely impressed.

I didn’t have a lot of expectations with this series… besides what a “Stone Age-esk” harem story would entail.
Sure there is that but the story is so much better than I expected.
Which I should have known better since Vixen is the author. So my apologies Vixen!

Anyway, we still get the Slice of Life slightly-prehistoric simplicities… but there is this hidden mystery with some appreciable action that has me wanting more!

Also, FAR from least, is that the narrator is the Queen of Sheen herself, Katana Jones! She is the best at intimate scenes, no doubt about it!
But moving past that, she is also one of my favorite narrators to hear period. She goes above and beyond just reading the book to you and really brings the characters to life with more depth. I’m looking forward to more.

Best one yet!

This was an especially satisfying episode in the Raw series. They finally get out of the village and get to one of the major cities. Once there, they story goes haywire, and all sorts of chaos ensues. There are death spells, lite cannibalism, street violence, mobs, political backstabbing and a whole lot more. Then there is all the spicey time goodness. Yeah, this was a really good episode/volume in the Raw series.

each book gets better

I've really enjoyed this series and as the title states each volume gets better. the mc is making headway on the island. slowly make it safer but it sounds like he's just getting started. misty vixen as usual didn't disappoint. katana Jones is also one of the best narrators out there.

Good story continuation

This book had some good story progression for this series and you can tell something major is coming soon. Im excited for the next book in the series to see if the event is revealed.

Katana Jones is an amazing narrator and continues to give a great performance with this series.

awesome sequel

when it comes to a sequel and basically looking for everything to make the last one worth it and then some. I understand that for a longer series that can kind of be an attainable and as such as long as I am entertained by the story I'm going to keep buying in. for me that's the story. the narration was solid in the writing was solid. I'm not expecting some kind of Shakespearean Masterpiece or War and Peace. I'm just looking for a good time. something that I can listen to while I'm going through monotonous chores of the day and this works for me. so I'm simply going to say Well done to the team behind bringing this book to us the audible listeners.
