Practical and encouraging!

I really enjoyed this audiobook! It’s full of simple, doable strategies to help manage ADHD-related clutter and disorganization. I especially liked the focus on creating systems that actually work for ADHD brains instead of forcing unrealistic methods. The tips for both home and work life were super helpful, and I’ve already started using a few! If you struggle with focus and organization, this book is a great resource.

Great info!

Visionary press has done an amazing job of compiling a go to guide for anyone with ADHD struggling to keep their living spaces in tact and organized. My daughter struggles with this, so it was a wonderful find for me. In here, they break down a room by room guide, address the overwhelm, and provide advice on how to make this a long term change-not just for a day. I was impressed with the content and plan to use what I learned to help others!

Small Wins That Actually Build Momentum

I never realized how much of my stress came from visual clutter and unfinished to-dos. The way everything is broken down in this is a game changer. I appreciated how it doesn't shame you for being disorganized. Instead, it shows you how to work with your brain, not against it. I started with just the bedroom and already feel like I can breathe easier. Every week I tackle a little more, and it doesn't feel overwhelming like it used to.

Full of actionable strategies

I like that it started with reframing ADHD from being a deficit that people are ashamed of to being a difference that, in fact, can be used as an asset. Breaking things down into manageable "more digestible bites" instead of a long to-do list with broad actions makes lots of sense! Specific questions were included to help a person focus in on how to make changes. I didn't realize how many different apps there are to help with staying on track for positive accomplishments, so sharing those was very helpful.

Finally Something That Might Click

I don’t have ADHD, but my husband and kids do—and it’s been a long road trying to help them stay organized or on task. Nothing I’ve suggested ever really stuck. I figured maybe it’s time to try something written for brains like theirs. This book is different. It talks about how ADHD affects things like time blindness, emotional regulation, and task initiation. It even has sections on stuff like how to build routines that actually work, decluttering without the overwhelm, and using tools like timers or focus apps. There’s even advice for getting started when you feel stuck, and using hyperfocus in a productive way. It’s not just another list of tips—it really feels like it gets how ADHD shows up day-to-day.
