Those British accents!!

This book this book!!! I absolutely adored reading it but actually listening to it was everything! Both voice narrators did an Amazing job of bringing all the Characters to life. Ugh those accents 🤤🤤🤤 definitely check this book out!

📚 Book Review 📚
This book covered so many of my favorite tropes and features: secret society, age gap, enemies to lovers, anti-hero psycho men, dirty kinks, “good girl,” and touch her and d*e. I absolutely loved it and devoured every word.

It’s no joke how this book goes from a simmering heat to OMG, that was hot AF! Did I highlight almost the entirety of Chapters 37 and 38? You betcha! (Here’s your reminder to charge your BOB or have fresh batteries on hand.)

Lords of Darkness ends on a cliffhanger. I cannot wait to see what happens next.

This already spicy book was made infinitely more spicy in this duet narration. Brooke and Michael did a fantastic job bringing Harlow and the Lords to life.

Great Story

I am absolutely enthralled with this story! My only complaint is that the voice of all 4 men is the exact same. It would have been better if the MMCs narrator changed his voice a bit to have a different sound for each man or if there were multiple male narrators. It makes it difficult to tell which man is speaking when I get so caught up in the story that I forget who was introduced in the beginning of the chapter.

Holy Hell

Wow, quite a story. I loved the push, pull of emotions. At the end I couldn’t really breathe. So I need to read the next one, so I find out what happened after the arsenic laced brownies. I understand she has some trust issues, but death is quite final. I really did enjoy this book and I received it for my honest opinion, and once again it is a great book.

What a start

The accents were done well. The narrators Brooke and Michael did a smashing job they delivered this perfectly. Great start to the series. Little monster aka Harlow is taking care of her father's affair when she learns she is now the Lady of Darkness. The four Lords test her and challenge her but also tell her that she is theirs like they are hers but she wants no part of that, but she can't help but be attracted to them. She believes they care until they do something that she can't forgive them for, and it sends her to do something she tries to take back. That cliffhanger was epic.

Amazing

I was able to listen to this duet on audio and let me tell you, it was SO good!
Not only the spice but also the plot! Divine!
A dark RH with secret “clubs” yes please!
This was my first duet by Amanda, and I automatically added others by her onto my TBR because the writing style is just chefs kiss!

And she picked the PERFECT narrators for the characters.
I felt like I was IN the books the whole time, and that’s the point of audio for me!

The Lords and their Little Monster

I read this first for the first time a year ago and now listened to it brings back all the feelings I had the first go around!

Bothe Brooke and Michael did an amazing jo breathing life into each character!

Lords of Darkness was wonderful, loved this read!
the back story of the order, each character's perspective, and who can resist a dark romance!! Gotta love a secret organization that’s been around over 1000 years.
Looking forward to reading Lady of Darkness next, the cliff I was left hanging on to is leaving me with so many questions!! Great book

You are ours, little monster

I'm so happy I got to experience this book for the first time on audio! It was next up on my tbr, but the audio blew me away! Brooke Daniels and Michael Gallagher are so great! I loved the subtle differences in Michael's accent when reading for all the different Lords and Brooke did an amazing job with Harlow, you could really feel every emotion she experienced. Overall the story was amazing, the suspense, the spice, the Lords! Harlow is an absolute badass and she shows it in more ways than just becoming a Lady of Darkness. If you need a great dark romance, make this your next listen!

Love this book!!!!

This fuck is amazing. It’s full of suspense, and I love that it’s more adult other than the fact that Harlow could be a little bit older and mature, but I like her background story and her fight. I love the narrators Michael Gallagher is one of my favorites, and Brooke did amazing as well. Already downloading the second book.

Engrossing

I enjoyed this book when I read it; the audible version is just as good. Hot MMCs and a feisty FMC provide plenty of tension to keep you on the edge of your seat, and listening past bedtime.
