A Dark Mafia Romance

This book was a very intriguing story. There were a few turns I didn't see coming. Lots of mind fu*ks but really get drawn in the story. Julius seems so dark and tormented but when the story unfolds you can understand everything. Great sexy times throughout the story. I do think it would be better if it had a man and woman narrators. Narrator did good Sarah voice but had trouble with Julius voice. However the story is worth the credit. Gonna check out more titles by this author.

Good Story

I enjoyed the book. I rarely do not figure out the mystery but this one was a surprise. Not crazy about the narrator but the book is good.

Love beyond measure!

I love the twists and turns...some I figured out others escaped me until right before their reveal. This was one of the best books I have read/listened to in 2024! I hope she continues to write like this I. her other books! Awesome book!

Wow! Amazing story and great narration

I was on the fence about reading this. I thought it was going to follow a similar story line to ones I've read recently and I was looking for a bit of a change. However, I took a chance and I'm so glad I did.

Sofia is a slower reader, but I've listened to her before and just sped it up. She delivered a great performance. The twists in this story were really fantastic. The added perspective of the MMC pulled things together well and I enjoyed the ending.

This is a story you won't want to miss.

Twists

If you can make it to chapter 30, then the base of the story is revealed. It is hard to make it that far tho. This story could have been shortened and still been able to receive the same experience.

An absolute masterpiece!

I usually have a knack for predicting how a story will unfold, but this book kept me on my toes from start to finish. The suspense, the twists, and the sheer brilliance of the storytelling had me hooked. I couldn’t put it down! A must-read for anyone who loves a book that keeps them guessing. Highly recommended!

What a twist!

A pretty interesting story! It was slow to start.. the jumping back and forth took me awhile to understand what was happening. It would be a great story if it had a duo narrator.

You have to listen at a 1.20 pace. If not, it drags.. and drags.

But overall, it was good! It was a great twist towards the end when the story unfolded. It was great.

Hard to finish

This book has a good story, however the narrator put me to sleep it was very hard to listen to. There were several time the transitions were missing. It took a second to catch up to the change. You had to try and figure out how you got to this scene. I feel like this was a waist of a credit. If I didn’t pay I wouldn’t have finished it.
