Great for car rides

I have tried a number of Italian audiobooks and in my opinion this is one of the best ones to really start to train your ear. The book will read you the short story in a nice clear voice. It will then summarize the story in Italian and then summarize it in English. And then gives you a long list of vocabulary words which it will repeat a couple of times and then into the chapter with a brief quiz of the material. I feel like this audiobook has really helped increase my vocabulary and also my ability to hear the language and start to pick out the words and phrases that I can understand.

Great way to learn for beginners!

I really enjoyed the stories in this book, and found that by listening to them over and over, I began to more easily pick out words and phrases to strengthen my (admittedly weak) Italian. Such a great idea!

Effective way to learn

I like the process of hearing a story, reviewing the vocabulary and grasping the context . Eagerly awaiting the next book!

A Great Next Step

I've been learning Italian with Lingo Mastery - Italian Vocabulary Builder so I thought I'd give this book a shot. Although I'm not quite fluent after only two months of learning, I was able to follow the stories in this book easier than I thought. I found having this book is helping me with the other. If you're trying to learn Italian then this book will be a good thing to get. It really helps to hear in context what you're learning. The narration is well done.

Fast way to learn Italian.

I love the stories in this book. They are carefully selected to be engaging, yet informative. The whole point is to use common words in the Italian language within a fun context. Although, I had a little bit of Italian knowledge (still beginner level though), this book served as a great resource for improving my comprehension, especially through the exercises.
This is a very useful and interesting book.

Fun way to learn Italian vocabulary and grammar

I got this audible for free with another Italian audio program. The other program is for beginners of the Italian language. I got them both free in exchange for an honest review. Concerning this audible, without a doubt, I enjoyed learning Italian with these short stories. What I like most is that I am learning Italian grammar and Italian vocabulary in a fun way - which is by listening to stories. Do not forget to do the short quizzes to test your progress and reinforce all of the Italian you will be learning from these short stories.

Much helpful in speaking full sentences.

I recommend it to people, who have already learnt some vocabulary. I find it easier and more fun to listen few times to the same story than to repeat just unconnected sentences. You can grow your vocabulary, but you can also memorize the structures and so improve fluency. The stories are not too long, so you won't get bored. When you already remember what is it about, you can focus on words and expressions. Good materials.
