Excellent book

It has very simple and friendly stories, very useful for learning Italian vocabulary. I really enjoyed learning a little more with this book. I recommend it.

Top-notched narration

I loved this concept of learning through story-telling. The narrator's voice reminds me of why I love spoken Italian so much.

Great learning tool for intermediate students

I just finished Pimsleur Italian 5. Now what? I still can't understand Italian newspapers or TV (e.g. RAI) all that well. So what should I do? Most other Italian learning audio books on Audible are way too basic for me, so this book represents one of the few offerings aimed at students like me.

One recommendation I would like to give fellow readers of this wonderful resource is to first read the material BEFORE listening to it. In my experience, this really accelerates the learning process. In addition, I would recommend listening to each passage multiple times to transfer the material from short-term memory to your long-term memory. Finally, I would recommend that you pause and read the passage out loud. This too helps you remember the material.

One last thing I would like for Audible listeners to know is that the publishers of this book really help me out and responded within minutes when I emailed them with a question.

To summarize, great recordings, advanced content, and fantastic support. What more could you ask for?

Educative and fun.

This book is aimed at intermediate learners and it assumes some familiarity with common Italian words, phrases and verb conjugation. However, the next phase of merging all these things into seamless conversation is emphasized here. It is a very educative book, which is designed with a very convenient storytelling approach. This makes this book more than just an educational/learning piece, but also quite fun.

Excellent content, just as required.

This book is great for learning Italian. As with many things learnt via stories, the lessons included in this book are hard to forget. The plan is to teach new Italian vocabulary through various story contexts or scenarios. It is quite an effective method and works even better by studying the attached material.

Don’t like the narration

Are not a great format for an audiobook. Narration was not pleasant. Content was okay
