Something for everyone
Intermittent fasting for women over 50 is full of helpful information. I really appreciated how this book talked about different options and ways this process can work giving flexibility to work for different individuals. A must read for women over 50!
This is a must-read for women over 50 who are struggling to lose stubborn weight due to menopause and other hormonal changes. The author does a fabulous job of outlining different options for losing weight using IF and layering on the Atkins diet. You can read and decide what intermittent fasting strategy works best for you depending on your body type and lifestyle. The recipes at the end of the book are also fantastic with so many sweet options for those of you that, like me, can't keep away from deserts!
