I’m starting my 4th listen of this guide from Anya; each listen has given me a new insight and resonance about what Identity is and how it has always functioned in my life. Anya provides simple definitions and explanations of some very tough life concepts and does so with patience and reverence for the reader as a whole and powerful being. The examples and stories help to solidify our understanding of these concepts and make them ready to put into practice. Profound insights on how to really change your life

The books very thoroughly describes a process of releasing limiting beliefs through whats called identity work. In my personal life I’ve used these principles to really dig deep and release so much of my trauma from when I was a kid. It’s amazing to see the people around me noticing the differences in me and to see myself making better decisions throughout my day to day life. The author, Anya, gives plenty of examples of identity work that are easy to relate to and apply the principles to your own situation. When it comes to diving into limiting beliefs and releasing past trauma, this books is an absolute master class and so practical. I’m on my third listen!

I am…loving this book!

This has been a wonderful guide for identity work that has left me with many moments of clarity. I read the book, but find listening to the audio version on my walks or commute to and from work to be a soothing supplement. For me, regular exposure to the works of Anya, Eckhart and Deepak help me to observe my thoughts and not identify with them. Each day I’m removing blockages to my transformation. Thank you, Anya. 🙏🏻

LIFECHANGING, AND IT'S SO SIMPLE TOO.

Truly effective, I came across Anya on Tiktok, desperately clinging onto her words of hope for change, change from a reality in which almost every aspect of my life was suffering. Love life, relationships, finances, self esteem, hopelessness, the list went on and on. For years I've painstakingly searched and searched and read and researched methods and modalities of therapy to "fix" what was wrong with me, always barely skimming the surface, always targeting a symptom and never the root. And always ending up at square 1 with my path of destruction surrounding me. Listening to Anya's audiobook, I didn't have much hope but just completing the first chapter I could tell that her philosophy and manner in which she describes her examples and helps lead you to your very own roots, I could tell this was different. I am barely through chapter 7 and I feel like the truth about myself that I have uncovered has done what years of therapy and trauma therapy at that aimed and failed to do, I have been unwound. Just by KNOWING and "remembering" that I am love, that I am safe, reversing an entire lifes worth of negative beliefs and fears. Absolutely ASTOUNDING. What could life have been had this book been created and disseminated in high schools across the country/world? Everyone needs to hear/read this book. Everyone.

I listened to the audio book as I was driving, and I was dying the exercises as I drove. and OMG I think now I know why my life and career took the direction that it did and why I always felt a certain way. I will have to go through the book again, as a deep dive. Спасибо!
