I’ve been listening to a lot of books on starting a business. This goes over the basics of a product-based business with good details on legal business formats & types of accounting.
LLC vs. PLLC vs LLCP vs Corporations vs Sole Proprietorship.
The narrator reminded me of someone who reads bedtime stories. It was very matter of fact with boring inflection. Still worth listening to though.
