Enjoyable story
Very much enjoyed the story. Has some humor and suspense.
Don’t care for the narrator. Her drama was good but a few of the voices were squeaky or too high pitched for me. That aspect took away from the enjoyment of the book.

Another amazing book in this series
Thisis series is getting better and better. book four five and six are absolutely fantastic. I have absolutely been obsessed with Elspeth, Avery, and Gillyanne's stories. I love how at the very end of this book you learned a lot of the similarities of all their husbands. I am looking forward to reading the next book.

Love Hannah's Scottish books
Hannah Howell's historical romance novels that take place in Scotland are always full of family, love, passion, and generally a manly man of a hero. The heroines are strong and brave and the know what they want in a husband. They always bring their man to heel and I love it. Gilly and Connor are one of my favorite couples and I have read their story multiple times. I highly recommend this book!

This would be a good second in the series as one of my favorites! Gilyann has been my favorite since she was young. Even as a child she had a way of putting people in their place. Especially the men lol. This is great story, with humor and everything you would expect and more.
