A surprise

Beautiful Story

Needed a break from reality and decided to enjoy a romantic romp through the Highlands. This audiobook hit the spot!
Brave decision to have domestic violence as a backstory for the heroine. Handled with grace and dignity. Very much enjoyed seeing her come into her own and redevelop her sense of self-worth.
Swoon-worthy hero and well developed secondary characters.
The hero/heroine introduction was unique and quite creative.
While parts of the book were predictable, most were unique in their approach. The ending was the redemption I'd hoped to see.

Head over heels
I was reluctant on this storyline, but Hanson makes it believable. this poor women was tortured by a pedo and defends herself. love grows as does passion. HEA is a good one.
