Great complimentary book for Noom journey

This book was recommended by a fellow Noom member. It’s not a diet it’s a mindset and a journey to a healthier happier life. No gimmicks, but motivation and guard rails on doing all the things we know we should be doing and focusing on those that have the greatest impact on health happiness and well-being. Loved the irreverent “you go girl” self love self compassion confidence boost. I enjoyed listening during my daily walks.

Great inspiration!

Entertaining and educational! While I am an avid exerciser and eat fairly well most days, I certainly want to improve many things about my overall health. Thank you for a great inspirational jump start!

I guarantee you that you will be happy you bought this book. It is for women or men!! This book is what you need to live a healthy, happy, proud of yourself life. That’s it. I’m going to skim it again once month, maybe? to remind myself of all the great tips, habit building advice, and wisdom that Oonagh gives. Never a dull moment, and funny!! You’ll love it. Trust me!!

TOO MUCH SWEARING BUT GOT USED TO IT

I knew the book would be raunchy due to title but it was still quite hard for me to listen to. As an optimal health practitioner, I found a lot of healthful practices that I will share with my clients.

Oonagh narrates a brilliant fitness prep talk

It’s like having a PT in the room putting your fitness world to rights. She’s friendly, informative and full of energy — with professional acting skills that contribute to a polished delivery. I just did a HIIT workout after finishing the book and I’m about to have a smoothie for breakfast. I think Oonagh would approve. And I got some interesting takeouts about forming habits and choosing happiness over pleasure. Listen to this book — it might change your life, or your waistline.

I love books like this!

Like talking to your no bs best friend that tells it like it is in a non derogatory way... Practical, straightforward advice. I laughed alot and connected to her 80s pop culture references. An enjoyable read.
