Traditional brother’s best friend trope

I love a good brothers bff trope, who doesn’t? This one isn’t anything revolutionary, but it was a good read. The tension in the Vixen club was fun to read about.
Be careful with trigger warnings about SA! There are 2 close calls with it so please be aware.
The only thing I would say negatively is that the FMC, Aspen, is pretty manipulative to where it almost made me not side with her. She’s been in love with Izaac her whole life and knows he doesn’t feel the same — she’s just his best friend’s little sister. She basically manipulates him into being her “teacher” in the hopes of making him fall in love with her. He made it clear over multiple decades that he was not interested and would never be with her, but she disregards it and chooses to try to make him fall in love by forcing a physical connection between them, in the hopes that it will become an emotional one too.

Idk. That part made me uncomfy but it might just be me.

Easy, fun, sexy af

Was pleasantly surprised at this- story is brother’s best friend trope. It was great at what it was, story moved along, it was steamy when it needed, dialogue was fun, I chuckled a few times, grinned smugly a few others hehehe. Will be looking at other books from this author for a fun, quick and easy read.

Good Read…. But 👀

Story kept me in it till the end.. I will say in all honesty that Austin was irritating and irrational in my opinion and I was slightly disappointed at how Aspen was always so quick to speak her mind expect when it came to her brother Austin unless it was playful banter, would have loved for her to stick it to him about Issac like she did with everything else so that was slightly irritating as well but I’m not the writer lol

Over all the spice was good … I’m a sucker for a good forbidden love story.

One of the best romance books iI’ve read i a while. Gave me every goosebump. It was heart pounding and amazing!

Pretty good story with lots of spice and great narration, but the FMC is pretty whiney and comes across weal and desperate a lot of the story. when both characters get their head out of their butt's the story gets better. overall a good read. spice is 4/5

Great book!

I did enjoy this book overall, however, Aspen got on my nerves because she refused to stand up for herself and have a backbone. after a while it just became redundant and frustrating. I loved the plot and definitely loved Isaac! Austin’s constant need to treat Aspen like a child and always call her “baby sister “ was annoying as well. Overall I liked the book and the spice was excellent! I would recommend

Haunted Love

Loved it! Spicy scenes were very 🔥. Wish there was more of the club scenes but that’s just me 😂. Loved everything about this one though definitely worth the credit!

Loved this book. Really enjoyed reading this book. It was very entertaining and well written.
This is the 2nd book I’ve read by this author. And have to say I am impressed. Anybody can write about sex. But it takes talent to make it enjoyable or even desirable. But this author did just that.
Looking forward to finding another book from Sheridan Anne.
