It seems her apartment has become the entryway for ghastly ghosts and goofy ghouls hellbent on terrorizing New York City. Soon, they’re not just going to her rescue, but trying to rid the whole city of the slimy creatures.
After waging a war on slime that cost New York City millions, the Ghostbusters find themselves out of business until an ancient tyrant, preparing a return to the Earthly domain through his portrait at the Manhattan Museum of Modern Art, sets his sights on Dana Barrett’s baby as the new home for his wicked soul!

In 1978, Laurie Strode survived an encounter with Michael Myers, a masked figure who killed her friends and terrorized the town of Haddonfield, Illinois, on Halloween night. Myers was later gunned down, apprehended, and committed to Smith's Grove State Hospital. For forty years, memories of that nightmarish ordeal have haunted Laurie and now Myers is back once again on Halloween, having escaped a routine transfer, leaving a trail of bodies in his wake.

who you gonna call???
Great book it followed the movie so well it also added so many little details to the story and loved how the 1st book dove alittle into each ghostbusters background even if it was only for afew minutes each

I personally loved it.
A lot of reviewers didn’t like the reader. Personally I thought he did great. He doesn’t have the same amount of sarcasm some of the lines had in the movie. That doesn’t bother me, because it’s still funny. My favorite part is it gives you more back story on the guys. There is more ghost encounters, and some we know from the movies are different in appearance. If you love the ghostbusters give it a chance.

I Ain't Afraid of No Books!
I had no clue that there were books from the Ghostbusters movies. Having both 1 & 2 in one audio book is a real steal. If anyone I know ask me for suggestions on what to listen to, I'd point them to the Ghostbusters.
