Marenghi does it again.
I can’t believe I’m saying this but he did it. He bloody did it. Somehow the legendary dreamweaver has successfully outdone himself yet again. Never before have I been more physically, emotionally and spiritually terrified by a work of fiction. Not since reading the gruesome details of the Dean Learner trial or learning of the horrific the discovery of Madeleine Wool (parts of her at least) have I been so disturbed. Truly the most spine chilling work of art ever put to paper, or indeed any other sort of writing material ever devised by humanity to inscribe language in a written form.

There is no way to give this book a proper review without more stars. This review format is limiting to those of us whose lives have been forever changed by Garth's genius.
