Hearing how he started inspired me
Hearing about the way the author started inspired me a great deal. I know it’s said all the time but hear exactly how he was able to buy his first flip with little cash on hand makes me want to think of outside the box ways I can do the same. Great book

INSPIRATIONAL
This book dissected the quintessential ingredients in all aspects of investing. it elaborated more in depth on the key points and has peeled back the layer on which I personally had a hard time uncovering myself. mr. pineda did a wonderful job.
