Best yet!!!
I was paying $450 per hr on mentoring, $11000 prepaid, to a guy that says that he is the only one that teaches creative real estate, this book highlighted everything and more in depth of everything this mentor claims only he knows. for less than $20 and 3 weeks of listening while going to work and I got more information that I can actually use that 5 months with this so call mentor. totally recomend to every person serious in investing in real estate.

A Must-Read Intro for Anyone Just Starting Out
The title should be "everything you need to know to start investing in real estate". It reads more like a Real Estate for Dummies, explaining terms, basic calculations, resources, and strategies. A fantastic primer for the new investor.
I listened to the audio book twice while driving, but kept wanting to stop and take notes.
Where Kiyosaki gives you the mental shift to want to invest in real estate, Anson Young walks you through how to actually DO IT.

Very valuable stuff!
This book definitely delivers on its promise. It takes you step by step through the search, to negotiation, to financing hurdles, all the way down to the bottom line cash flow. Highly recommend it, will be re-reading for a more careful analysis
