Real estate in the era of climate change... quite an interesting combination of topics to consider in the same discussion. Even more interesting is that this book is NOT about the controversy surrounding climate change. In this book the author discusses and suggests what to consider, in the era of climate change, when investing in real estate. A very interesting read, this book will spark anyone’s curiosity whether or not you have an interest in real estate or climate change. The author sets it out on the table, plain and simple. The information, steps and methods are easy to understand and are validated by real life scenarios. Excellent narration.

Fantastic and Informative

If your planning on investing in real estate or if you are thinking of buying a home you must read this book first. Very informative and relevant. There is a lot of information that you will want to have. B. L. Sheldon masterfully puts together everything you need and want to know about investing in an era of climate change. She lays everything out clearly and concisely and in a way that even first time investors can understand. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and plan on listening a second time.

A Mindful Perspective

An enthusiastic portrayal of investing in real estate but, keeping in mind global warming and how it effects our planet and land followed by the ensuing environmental changes.
The book is informative, well written and organized. The strong message of climate change is both daunting and mindful. It's gratifying to be assured that with diligent research and knowledge our investments in real estate can still be well maintained, accomplished, and be profitable.
My house partially burned in the recent Woolsey Fire in CA, so I can identify closely with the warnings of the author.
