Excellent audio book

This is, by far, the best Audible I have ever listen on the topic of emotional eating. It doesn't just offer tips. It helps you get to the core of the problem and start to heal. I have found great personal motivation from this Audible and am on the road to better health

Nice audio book
I listen this Audible and it is amazing. It gives a real insight into the "Addiction" of emotional eating. I have no desire whatsoever to eat "Junk". I have actually got rid of all the junk food in my cupboards. If you have tried everything else and failed then this is the Audible for you

wow audio book
I listen this Audible and just did not grasp what I was suppose to do or gain from it.. From what I did understand when I got to the end is you just eat when hungry and don't comfort eat. Maybe I'm stupid but I just can't see what else it offered.. Lots of information to wade through to get to nothing very much inspiring or.helpful..
