Deep yoga Stretches is a 75-minute guided yin style yoga session. The session uses floor based postures that are held for several minutes. This type of yoga releases deep-set tension that may have built up over many years and also greatly increases joint mobility and flexibility.
Deep Yoga Stretches is suitable for those with previous yoga experience who wish to deepen their yoga practice. The session will provide balance to today's fast-moving way of life and will allow you to deeply relax and experience meditative stillness whilst relieving deep set tension and balancing energy flow.
The session is ideal to compliment any yoga practice, sporting activity, or training regime by combining hels postures with flowing yoga sequences will bring balance and harmony.
Deep Yoga Stretches has been devised and narrated by leading yoga teacher and writer Sue Fuller. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health magazine a regular writer for the Yoga Magazine and a course author for the British School of Yoga.
