The term vinyasa is given to flowing yoga sequences. Each movement made by the body is synchronized to a rhythmic flow of breath. Moving in such a way will lengthen and strengthen all of the major muscle groups of the body, improve circulation, and increase vitality.
Yoga Vinyasas for Beginners is made up of three 26-minute flowing yoga sessions suitable for those with little yoga experience. Each session moves the body harmoniously through a series of postures to introduce the vinyasa style of yoga and its many benefits.
Yoga Vinyasas for Improvers is made up of three 26-minute sessions suitable for those looking to move on from a beginner level. Each session moves the body through a series of postures that are synchronized to the flow of breath. Eventually the pace is increased until the postures are performed in true vinyasa style, using one breath per movement.
Yoga Relaxations contains three 26-minute guided relaxation sessions suitable for those with and without previous yoga experience. The sessions have been devised to help clear the mind, reduce stress, and induce a state of total relaxation and deep inner stillness.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Yoga: Discover How to Flow and Relax?
Very clear yoga instructions for practicing at home.
What about Sue Fuller’s performance did you like?
Sue has a very clear voice and her instructions although repetitive by nature are not boring or unpleasant.
Any additional comments?
The 30 minutes sessions are great for the ones who have to squeeze a workout practice into a busy schedule. I consistently practice now and not only when I have time to go to the yoga studio. Sue's voice is engaging and her instructions are clear and easy to follow. Love it!

walks you into full sun salutations
After being away from regular yoga practice (and now a senior citizen), this series led me back to performing simple but classic sun salutations with better alignment than in my youth.
I practice a dozen of Fuller's routines from Audible. I wish she had a better system for indicating the intensity of the sessions, especially now that the pdfs are available only after purchase. However, sessions that I find too easy are wonderful for relaxation -- and those that are too challenging are set up so that I will be able to do them, eventually. Of the 70+ guided Yoga/stretch recordings hanging around my place, from VHS and cassettes to streamed stuff, Fuller's are the best price and excellent instruction for audio only.
