This one brought back the crushing blows and brutality from the earlier books. Highly recommended.

Such an interesting series

It’s so different from everything else, pretty interested to see where it goes… As always narrator speeds up when it’s exciting and slows down when it’s chill. Love the narration and the story is cool

Good story one flaw

I have only one major problem, I think that during his fight he would not have listened to full commercial. so we the reader shouldn't have to either

The commercials are part of the immersion experience. Good as Carl, but different. Can't wait for the next one.

always waiting for the next one

one of my favorite series on audible! the narrator is over the top in all the great ways and the story is entertaining in its own right so the combination is perfect. if you're bored of regular books this will fix that boredom for sure

great book

great story one thing I have to say is. this is the most fast-paced book I've ever read at one point I was like please give the narrator a break to breathe. The author could have definitely made two books out of this one but wanted to get straight to the point instead of dragging it out. great job

solid culmination of events, and a lot of surprises along the way. great character and world, and there's so much potential to go further.

SPOILERS:
so im going to be honest, the first half of the book was rough. it was a major jump from the previous books whereas the protagonist just recaps what happens in huge hand sweeping swaths. I understand why this was done, if each scene was fully explored like the other books theres about 2 to 2.5 more books contained in this book. characters really weren't acting like they had in previous books, relationships and dynamics rapidly change, and weird animosity is present between characters that just weren't there before.

the second half of this book is where it shines, and the ending of this book just reset the whole damn saga.
the title was a total red hearing, its a masterpiece once viewed in its entirety, get through it, this one's important.

It makes sense why Ackbar and Omen share a rank! I loved this book and the whole series, but I am devestated by this one.
