Good Story

I enjoy reading/listening to this author’s book. The story line was good. I liked the characters.
I did not like the narrators for this story.

I caught myself smiling all through this book

This book has it all. I smiled throughout. The narration was excellent. The story was so charming and fun and I am really hard on romance novels. Listen with confidence.

Loved the story and how love can overcome

Loved the story and how they were able to overcome their obstacles and their friends and family
Wish it kept going to maybe bring her music winning an Oscar for a movie and coming around to show her accomplishments

Mr/Mrs Lockwood

This was a pleasantly surprising read for me .. love Wes and Wren story of how they met and believed in love at first sight although the age difference was vast and both are from completely different worlds . Despite Wren being eighteen years old she however acted like she was Twenty going in Thirty and took no crap from anyone. While Wes at times seems childlike I guess given his childhood.. but know that he wanted their impromptu wedding to work. The narrators did a great job although at one point I was wondering where was Jeremy Clark who didn’t appear until near the conclusion of book .. granted Stephanie Wyles did a great job by herself for most parts . Spicy bit emotional With a dash of drama .. I like it !

Storytelling at its finest

I avoided this book for months because of the length. It m so glad to have given it a chance. Such a wonderful story told very well!

He was too old being 31 and she 18. It gave “taking advantage” of a young impressionable child vibes

Refreshingly original!

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this audiobook! The hero is a famous Hollywood actor/director and the heroine is a regular girl from Indiana. While both were visiting Las Vegas they accidentally meet while she's reading in the lobby of her hotel while her mother is gambling in the casino. They strike up a friendship and over a couple days they are really enjoying each other, until one night they drink too much wine and end up married to each other. The biggest surprise is that she's a high school senior! I'm not going to divulge anything more so as not to spoil the book, but they have some big trials ahead of them until they get their happy ending. Great narration too!

So I wasn't sure if I would like this book or not. 16 hours is pretty long for a romance book in my opinion. But one of my favorite tropes is Hollywood actor/producer falls in love with girl next door type. if you're into modern type fairy tales, this is the book for you. I honestly never got bored and devoured it in a couple days (I listen to books at work). Weston was a totally sweet alpha. I liked him a lot. Wren was great too and didn't put up with his bullshit. I don't want to give away anything but definitely worth a listen if your in the mood for a light read.

Jeremy York had 2 chapters in this book, so mostly told from wren's pov. her male voice could better but I've defitely heard wayyy worse and didn't take away from the book so it was fine. I don't think York's voice would have suited Weston that much so that was fine by me.

also loves all the secondary characters and wouldn't mind visiting this verse again with one of them.

I was sad when it was over tbh. but onto the next book.

Excellent

This is HOT , funny and heart pounding!! The characters had me from the beginning. I could not stop listening. Beautiful love story. Highly recommend.
