It love how big the book is, wish it was even bigger! love the characters and the story! Rooting for the trouple 🤩

Better voices

Love the story even tho it’s sometimes too quick to make decisions without more understanding.

The voice actors voice is great for this, but I really wish she’d do a better job distinguishing the different characters voices. It’s hard to tell who’s talking and when it’s just a thought versus actual dialogue. I have to rewind a minute to really listen to context and try to understand.

Why do I have to wait for the next one??

This series is seriously underrated. This will be a series I return to frequently to reread. Such a great series and dark plots, steamy romance, heartbreak and loss, layers in characters and cunning, action packed scenes! If you need a book with depth and an amazing, unpredictable plot, search no more!

I love this series

I love the wild goose chase that this series is. I’m still in shock that this series truly doesn’t have the hype that it deserves. My only critique is that the narrator has this great calculating serious voice that is totally fortuna, but even in the “passionate” moments her inflictions are too series, detached. But totally minor because I can kind of contribute it to Fortuna just being so guarded.

Compelling story, it had holes in it like it would say something and then it contradict its self, little stuff that not many would care about but kind of bugged me. also had same words, and same scenarios, same sensations repeated over and over and over again which kind of lost the sense of urgency that it was trying to portray throughout the series. Would make a fun drinking audiobook every time "she's sick to her stomach" or somebody looks otherworldly or she "has never felt this way" for the millionth time take a shot actually that's kind of dangerous. The main character was kind of a sad little girl and also a narcissist. It was compelling enough to read all the books everytime I said I was going to put it down there was some daytime soap plot twist hold my attention it was really entertaining and good to listen to while doing chores the audiobook was read really well. Good guilty pleasure, speaking of pleasure those scenes were really good too.

This is by far the best one in the series. There truly was not one bad part of the entire book. Emma Lysy like always is amazing. I can’t believer I have to wait so long for book 5 and then wait longer for the audiobook. ❤️

Good book, nice book

This book has is a lot like the others in this series, its well written and has lots of reoccurring theme. I wish the main characters had more growth but there was the bare minimum. Honestly i only finished it bc I had read the other books. But if you liked the previous books chances are you’re really enjoy this one.
