Well done

I like the modern approach to dealing with anger management issues. I recommend this book to men who struggle with anger that may stem from low self-worth. Edifying the body always.

Easy to understand

From personal experience, I always have had anger issues since I was a boy. After listening to this book, I have been provided with many perspectives and advice that helps me with problems that maybe even you go the listener go through every day.

Really good book

This is a practical book on anger management. The exercises were properly balanced. I only wish there were follow up services or online group meetings to help with putting some of the material into practice.

Right to the point, this book speaks to the men who need help managing anger. For me, it teaches me a lot about myself. Very good book.

too basic

I really didn't enjoy the book, I finally gave up on it. there was some good information, but a lot of duh information. I also have a background in this and the book wasn't informative enough and I didn't really think it was going to be helpful for anyone really struggling with how to be less angry. maybe if you actually have an anger problem, like a serious temper, maybe this would be helpful... But for someone who simply wants to try to understand anger more and maybe find ways to be less frustrated, it's not helpful
