Phenomenal Information & Beginner Friendly

The way the author started this audiobook was very relatable to me and I assume many others out there. They talk about limiting beliefs and how harmful that can be and how to shatter those beliefs by proving yourself and others wrong. They talk about many great tips on obtaining great loans and generating cash flow as quickly as possible! Great audiobook.

That was some excellent direction..

So being a Canadian, I have been looking into real estate investment opportunities in the US. There is so much information in this 3 hours that none of my contacts in the states provided me. Thank you EJ Williams. It gave me a pin point direction to move in. Got me thinking in a different way moving forward. Thank you so much!

Very complete audiobook

I am continuously seeking for new methods to disperse my money and use it in ways that I had not previously considered as an owner of an internet business. Of course, like many others, I decided to become a landlord. I truly appreciated the information provided here since it made sense and helped me grasp how to start building a rental portfolio. I'm quite optimistic about the future, and it's all because of this monstrous title!

Very handy and easy to understand

Owning rental property is one of the most hectic and challenging thing to do nowadays, at least that's what I thought ! Seeing an audiobook that helps understanding the whole process is just amazing! What is more impressive, the author speaks from his experience. His experience reminds me Robert Kiyosaki, the Author of Rich Dad Poor Dad and The Business of the 21st Century. I always encourage people to learn from other people's experience , not from google search results collectors.
The author simplified the whole steps to becoming a hero rental property owner in a classy and easy to understand manner and I simply love it. He touched upon so many important issues and worries we have, such as not having money, finding the right property, the wrong beliefs we have etc.
Partnering with him and his mentor is one of the biggest gifts of the audio !!

As an online business owner, I am actively looking for new ways to distribute my wealth and apply it to avenues otherwise unknown to me. Of course like many, I chose owning a rental property. It had to the point answers to my questions. It has guidelines suitable for everyone at any stage and I don't think so the author missed any point. I find it to be a complete book.

From acquiring funding to making sure you have the right mindset, to finding the right property to getting a property manager this book has every angle covered and it's delivered in a straightforward no-frills manner so it's perfect for a beginner.

If you're looking to start a new business and like the look of rental property this is a great book to ease you in and avoid the major pitfalls. Recommended reading.

Great way to diversify

People have been telling me to get into real estate investing for years, but I always had the same excuses... it's too complicated, too risky, and needs too much money to start up. A friend recommended this book and it has been eye-opening. A simple, clear, and easy-to-listen to guide that addressed all my concerns and provided a roadmap to make real estate investing profitable. I highly recommend this book to anyone getting into real estate, or who has wanted to get into this for a while.
