Great place to start
As someone who has been involved in real estate for years, this has been a great and informative guide.
There were definitely some things I didn't know, and learned about some new types of opportunities I had never thought about.
This is definitely worth a listen if you are interested in getting into real estate investing, or even if you have been doing it for a while and need a more modern guide to make sure you're up to date and not missing any new tricks!

I really love to learn about real estate man
