Really? List after list after list…171 hacks?

I am doubting the author really understands ADHD in adult women. All she can do is list hacks…one after another. A classic ADHDer is going to give up after running out of ink and paper. We are not detail-oriented people. A list of not more than 10 is a lot to one of us. Most of her hacks are common sense but to keep numbering Number one. Number two…number nine…I lost interest…said the woman with an alternate mind focus.

Excellent book for those with ADHD!

This series is incredible - it covers everything from impulsivity, procrastination, and time blindness - which most people having ADHD suffer with. The writer did an excellent job gathering all of the information, and the narrator had a nice, pleasant voice to listen to. I will definitely be incorporating many of these hacks into my daily life! My favorite part is that it is three books into one - so more bang for your book! Thank you for writing this book - it helped me understand myself a little more, why I act the way I do, and ways I can go about changing that in order to become a better person. I can't wait to see what the author comes out with next!:) I would definitely recommend this book to any and everyone! It's truly a must read/listen!!!!!!!!

I wish I could turn back time

I wish I could turn back time and not waste a credit on this. Maybe this book would benefit preteens or someone who hasn’t lived in the adult world yet. These “hacks” are just your run of the mill, SUPER BASIC, common knowledge type of “tips” that anyone who’s made it to adulthood is probably already practicing and DEFINITELY doesn’t need to purchase a book to tell them things they already know. In addition to the lackluster “hacks”, I’m also not a fan of how the author addresses the reader. They clearly make sweeping generalizations about people with ADHD, assuming that all of us are struggling from the exact same things and at the same level as each other, and that’s just not the case. It’s the case for some things, but, for example, the author tells you that multitasking is impossible for a person with ADHD and that, unless you have your to do list physically written out and right in front of your face at all times, then you are incapable of following said to do list. Like… what??? It almost feels like ChatGPT wrote this because of how sterile and general it is. Then again, ChatGPT would probably write something better than this. Y’all save your credits for something else because if you’re REALLY looking for something to help you manage your ADHD, this ain’t it.?
