Ichabod Crane, a lanky, lean, superstitious school master, arrives to teach the children of Sleepy Hollow. As he vies for the attention of the lovely Katrina Van Tassel, his rival for her attention is the town rowdy, Brom Bones. Brom tries to scare Ichabod away with local superstitions and ghost tales. In Season Two of Powder River, Britt MacMasters has once again put on the badge of United States Marshal and returns to Clearmont, Wyoming after several months away on the trail with his son Chad. There he finds a new Sheriff in town - who doesn't like the idea of a U.S. Marshal living in his jurisdiction but soon calls on the famed Marshal for help when the Sioux attack a stagecoach. A season highlight is a three part episode where General George Custer recruits Chad to scout for him as he heads toward the Little Big Horn, causing Britt to follow in pursuit.

Dorothy Gale and her Uncle Henry and Aunt Em are coming to live in Oz permanently. Dorothy then takes them on a tour of Oz, and during their journey, they encounter King Kleaver with his Spoon Brigade and Miss Cuttenclip of the land of paper dolls. Meanwhile, the wicked Nome King has joined forces with the horrible Growleywogs, the terrifying Whimsies, and the wicked Phanfasms in a plot to capture the Emerald City.

In Season 12, Vol. 2, big changes come to Clearmont as Millie sells her beloved hotel to none other than Octavia Hudson, while Esther shocks the ladies and upsets the men as she becomes the new owner of the saloon, and quickly finds trouble when she hires a famous French singer to give a concert on the Golden Nugget stage. Meanwhile, Britt must try to keep Andrew Hudson from the gallows in Boston, while Dawes is faced with the loss of Cheyenne, who decides to leave Clearmont.

Former lawman turned rancher Britt MacMasters and his son Chad begin a new life in Clearmont, Wyoming until Britt’s past returns to haunt them. In Season 12, Vol. 1, Millie and Doc meet their newest challenge head on, but Millie decides it may be time to sell her beloved General Store, restaurant and hotel. Britt heads out of town on the trail of a dangerous outlaw and is soon joined by an unlikely helper, who promises more trouble than help. Meanwhile, Jacob returns to Clearmont having graduated college, but draws the ire of Cheyenne who is about to marry Laurel, but senses his fiancé may have eyes for the new lawyer instead. A death on a train sends Doc, Dawes, and Britt on the trail of a killer.

Dr. Peter Blood is arrested and sentenced to hang for treating a wounded rebel. Instead of death, he is sent to Barbados as a slave. When the Spanish attack the port city of Bridgetown, he and his fellow slaves capture the Spanish ship and set out to sea, where he becomes the notorious pirate, Captain Blood. Colonial's long running western series opens with the three part episode, "The Cattle on a Thousand Hills". In part 1, Britt, Dawes, Doc, Matt and Brad begin the cattle drive from Oklahoma to Clearmont, with the rustlers waiting for the right time to strike. In part 2, Cabot Warren, owner of the Ten Star Ranch, devises a plan to have the Creek Indians attack the cattle drive.

Passing through the town of Iron Meadow, Britt encounters the surprise of his life in the episode "The Reflection in the Mirror Is Not Mine".

Ticonderoga tells the story of Captain William Taylor and his Mohawk scout Degadawidah who are charged to escort Captain Carlton Campbell of the 42nd Highlanders through the dangerous lands of the Huron to Fort Edward, where the British are making plans to march on the French held Ticonderoga. On the journey they meet young orphan Adam Cobbs who receives a baptism by fire in the harsh and bloody wilderness of New York State. Ticonderoga is a musket blasting adventure on the epic scale that The Colonial Radio Theatre has become known for.

New England's favorite TV Cowboy, Rex Trailer, guest stars in the two-part season opener, “Return of the Legend.” Britt MacMasters and his father track outlaw Jeb Pickett after the stagecoach hold up - A new band of deadly outlaws appears in the territory as Doc is seriously injured in an explosion - While in Chicago, Britt once again meets famed singer Jenny White - When a young lady is the sole survivor of an Indian attack on a raft traveling on the Powder, Britt, Dawes and Doc try to prevent another uprising by the Sioux....

The Dying Breed, Jacob leaves Clearmont for college in the east, where he will study law. In The Happy Times, Levi MacMasters has the adventure of a lifetime as he goes up against a gang who have kidnapped some citizens from the town, and in Mrs. Octavia Hudson, a rich lady from Boston arrives in Clearmont, and immediately clashes with the ladies of the town. In the two part season finale, The Prisoner Transfer, Sheriff Dawes and his new deputy Cheyenne, take the killer Max Clegg over dangerous territory y to his hanging in Casper, and soon find themselves being pursued by the outlaws gang.
